Set to the number of donor loads the firmware should wait between each time it
reseats the carrier plate. Set to 0 to make the firmware never reseat the
carrier.
"Reseating" the carrier means it leaves the carrier on the drum but just rolls
the drum roller over the carrier from the LE to the TE clamps, then raises &
lowers the TE clamps to get rid of any bulge that may have built up.
